Whats the worst you've ever psyched yourself out...?
Our minds can be our worst enemy sometimes, so powerful that it can convince us of something thw we KNOW isn't true but we can't help to react to it like it is. Whats the most memorable for you? I've had my moments where I don't feel well and look up my symptoms for a stomach ache and by the end I'm convinced I have a hernia thats leaking out stomach acids into my body....Or when I touch something that I think is dirty by accident I freak out until I can thoroughly wash my hands..I'm normally really mellow so thats why I think the mind is so powerful if it gets me like this!
I have the ability to make my body react as if it's in any situation for real. I some times like to do this just to hone my skills for it. Once, I was imagining that I was being sought out by murders and that i was in great danger. My heart was beating so fast, and so much adreniline was being produced, that my body reacted as if it were really happening. I know this is probably extreme compared to what you were expecting, but I'm totally being seriuos.
