Has anyone been reimbursed for movies returned to Columbia House?
I signed up with columbia house and received the movies that i ordered online. Less then a month later, columbia house deducted three seperate amounts from my banking account for movies i never ordered and only just recently received in the mail. I know that I have a contract to fulfill here but really....I think i should be about to chose the movies i want.
every month they offer you a director's selection and if you don't respond to it in time, they automatically charge you for the selection, even if you didn't choice to purchase it. you can either respond to it by mail, through telephone, or on the internet.
