Hey im a 5'8 male mesmorph teen who needs help, i am currently 206 lbs i want to go to 180 lbs?
I have been on a diet (not named) and it hasn’t been working. I’ve been on diet for about 3-4 weeks and every day I way in I always jump from 206-207-208-209 and back to 206 lbs. I was wonder if
This new diet would work.
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs for breakfast with 8 fl oz. serving of orange juice.
Lunch: tuna sandwich (half the can) with 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
Dinner: grilled chicken with whole wheat bread or chicken with salad.
Work out: 6 days a week cardio/ stair master for 15 mins on lv 10 raise to lv 17 and treadmill with 3.5-7.0 speed.

Although you don't describe your current diet, the thing that leaps out at us is that you are doing only 15 minutes of daily exercise. The best way to successfully lose weight is to combine a balanced reduced-calorie nutrition plan with a regularly activity program that ideally has 30-60 minutes of aerobic activity on most days to maintain and build lean muscle mass (the body's calorie-burning engine) while you lose fat tissue.
