How good is my party in Pokemon Platinum?
I only have 7 badges cause I've only had the game for 12 days, but rate my team. [Don't recommend using TMs; I only use TMs after defeating the Elite Four]
1. Empoleon (Brine, Metal Claw, Aqua Jet, Fury Attack)
2. Staraptor (Aerial Ace, Take Down, Close Combat, Double Team)
3. Roselia (Petal Dance, Giga Drain, Grasswhistle, Leech Seed)
4. Pachirisu (Discharge, Super Fang, Charm, Sweet Kiss)
5. Probopass (Rock Slide, Magnet Bomb, Thunder Wave, Iron Defense)
6. Octillery (Octazooka, Aurora Beam, Psybeam, Bullet Seed)
7. Porygon (Discharge, Signal Beam, Psybeam, Conversion 2)

Should I use any heart scales for the move relearner in pastoria?
I am thinking about adding Lucario and Gallade to my team in the future.
What do you think about all of this?
Your team is generally good but Pachirisu's stats are close to 0. (excluding speed).YOu should use your Porygon instead and maybe elvolve that to Porgygon-Z for the extra SPAttack boost. Furthermore, You hve 2 water type Pokemon, so a good electirc type would own them. Otherwise good, if you want to add another Pokemon add Garchomp or Lucario. And why does EMpoleon still know Fury Attack? You also need to level them up to at least lvl 50, thats what level mine where when I beat the Elite FOur, my team was:
Gyrados, Garchomp, Infernape, Alakazam (I have 2 DS) and Togekiss
