I am a 13 yr old male.I am uncircumsized and have many little white/yellow bumps on the shaft of my penis. It is not PPP.I also have a little red bump on the tip of penis(urethra). What is this and should i be worried?
If its at the base then it's hair follicles also known as fordyce spots
