Are there any Black people in the Netherlands?
Hey, there. I am planning to go to the Netherlands next year in September for an Exchange program that will last 1 year, but i was wondering if there are many Black people in the Netherlands. I currently live in Beijing, and of course there are less Black people than there are White. Is Holland a really good destination for an exchange program in Europe.
Yes, there are. Especially in the major cities (western part of the country : Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Utrecht) there are lots of people of other races. You won't be looked at, believe me 
.
I think the Netherlands is a good destination for such an exchange programm, because people here are quite open minded, internationally focussed and good English speakers.
