How do I get dossier documents State sealed?
We're in CO. 4 hours away from the capitol. We've heard we have to take the documents to the Sec. of States office to get the seal. I have called them and after pressing a million numbers I STILL never got to speak with a human. I need to know what we have to do.

There are also a number of service providers you can hire to handle getting the apostilles for you, if you'd rather not go in person or do it through the mail. You can find them by Googling "apostille Colorado".
Note that most documents have to be notarized, then "certified at a county level" (stamped by the county where your notary is registered) before they can be apostilled. My state, Ohio, has this extra step, too.
