what is a really good drum set for rock/punk/metal?
any drum set no matter what the cost. im looking for something loud and very powerful that can hold a punch (not really) to be specific i need a set that matches these bands: rolling stones, nirvana, system of a down....alternative/rock/grunge/metal/noise. thanks
What you are looking for is the Tama Starclassic Series of drums. I own a set and they sound great when onstage with my band. I advise replacing the stock heads with Remo Pinstripes and Sabian HHX Cymbals. When looking for hardware, I would suggest Gibraltar. I hope this helps.
