Would it be possible to shrink wrap a paintball gun so I could spray paint it without hurting it?
I'm looking at shrink wrapping my Tippmann A5 paintball gun so I could spray paint it camo(entire gun, not just those decals that you can get) but if I mess up or end up wanting to change it I could do so. If there is a special type of shrink for this what is it?
Nope. Shrink rape for one wont hold paint that good and it will wear off really fast, also takes forever to dry. Also any shrink rap you use wont be nice and smooth on the marker and it will be all wrinkled and look like crap.
If you really want to paint your marker look on ebay for a 98 custom body and buy it and paint that and save the sock body in case you don't like the job and want to change back. Or just paint you marker and if you don't like it use goof off to remove the paint. THe original paint that tippmann uses is powder coating so it will take a lot to remove it, so just paint over it and if you don't like it you can remove that paint a lot easier then the power coating.
