I Have A Question About Getting Into The Rolling Stones?
This is my last Stones question, no one else in my other questions have helped...
I want a stones albums, but being so many, I can't decide. Should I just get '40 Licks', their first one, Beggar's Banquet, Sticky Fingers or Exile? I don't know!
Why? Or why not? I'm really overwhelmed. I want all their hits, but I'm not sure if I'll miss out on any good songs by getting a best-of.
You think it's safe to go with a compilation?
Don't get some lame compilation that only has songs that you've proabably heard before a million times!
(Jeez...what are you thinking?!)
Go by your first instinct, and get their early stuff.
And in addition to the albums you listed, might I suggest "Their satanic magesty's request" and "Goats Head Soup".
