How have i put on 1 stone in 4 weeks and how can i lose 2 stone in 3 months?
im having weighth problems help im on the pill but i just started logynon. and through the past month i havent had much eating but i have put on a stone how is that?
The Pill will make you put on weight, I don't care what the doctors say.
Also, not eating much is not good for you and can make you fatter as it makes your metabolism slow down.
2 stone in 3 months is a big ask but not impossible with a sensible diet and planty of exercise.
Try Slimming World groups or their online site (I think you might get the first three months at a discount). I use it myself and I can't recommend it highly enough.
I lost about 2 1/2 stone over about 4-5 months last year. Unfortunately weight is a constant battle when you are using hormone contraceptives.
