Am I the only one who doesn't like unnecessarily high-pitched, loud Mellotron?
Like at the beginning of King Crimson's song "Lizard". That Mellotron hurts my brain.
Huh, interesting. The beginning of that never bothered me, but yeah, mellotron is more suited to low pitches, unless used in the right way. Some of my favorite mellotron songs:
