If your a process server can you use a stun gun to stun hostile people you are serving?
If you go to someones house to serve them legal documents and they attempt to assault you, can you use your stun gun to stun them or would that be illegal see as you are on their property? Thanks for the answers.

It would be illegal for a process server to use a stun gun taser, pepper spray or any other weapon in the process of serving papers.
If a processserver makes any sort of an assault or battery on the perso to whom he is serving papers, that process server is guilty of a serious offense and will spend a great deal of time in prison.
The only time a process server or any other person can use those weapons on another person is when the process server is attacked and may suffer serious injury or death if he does not defend himself.
