I was suspended from my job and i dont angree what can i do about this?
what happend is the supervisor had the day off his assistant was in charge. at about 2:00 pm. the assistant asked if we wanted to leave work early at 3pm in instead of 4 pm because of A light work load we agreed. he wanted up to finish the work we had started. i asked if he was sure we were leaving early cause my sister in law was doing of A favor of picking me up. he said yes call my ride. the receiving dept released more work and we didnt finish by 300 i asked to leave at 3 because my ride was waiting. he said since we didnt finish the last minute work. i stressed the fact that he told me to call my ride to pick me up and it was not possible for her to wait another 30 min because she had a lot of errands to do. he said to leave if wanted and i did the supervisor suspended me 3 days for leaving 30 min early. can i do anything about this
no body actually AGREES to negative things that happen to them..... second, the agreement was that you finish the rest of the work that you started. you did not finish the work apparently so you did not keep up your side of the bargain. you were suspended with just cause.
